Shipping policy

Boxes will be packed and shipped in early 2027.

Delivery
You'll receive a tracking link to the email address provided when the order is placed as soon as your box is on its way.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Address issues
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you input the wrong address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once a box is shipped, the address will not be able to be changed. If a box is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged shipping again before we can resend it.

Lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days or your box hasn't arrived, contact us at shanteltessierassistant@gmail.com and we'll follow up with the courier. Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost after shipment, but we will do our best to work with you to recover the package.
